FHPAC Performance and Event Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions

  • FHPAC Performance and Event Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions – Tickets for performances and events held at FHPAC can only be purchased through our ticketing system/service ThunderTix. By completing your ticket purchase you agree to abide by all FHPAC house policies.

  • Payment Options – Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the Box Office. Box Office hours are Tuesday through Friday 10am-4pm and prior to showtime. If you are unable to complete your online transaction, call the FHPAC Box Office at 585.412.6043 for assistance.

  • Ticket Prices & Credit Card Fee – Ticket prices conform to New York State transparency requirements (February 2024). The prices displayed reflects the single ticket price for a credit card purchase and the single ticket price for a cash purchase. Most events have a day of show price escalation. Please Note: Advertising published prior to the new transparency requirements will not reflect the new pricing disclosure.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges and Lost Ticket Questions – Tickets purchased for events at FHPAC are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases of force majeure. Refund inquiries can be sent to director@fhpac.org and must include the event name, date, time, ticket order number, and reason for refund request. Please note that tickets can only be refunded to the original ticket buyer and issued for events held at FHPAC.

  • Cancellations and Postponements – In the event a performance is canceled, FHPAC will contact the ticket purchaser via email and will issue a refund. In the event a performance is postponed, FHPAC will contact the ticket purchaser via email to alert them about the postponement. Once the reschedule date has been determined, FHPAC will contact the ticket purchaser with the reschedule date. If at that time the ticket purchaser cannot attend the new show date, a refund will be issued.

  • Inclement Weather Policy – FHPAC will not issue refunds to patrons who choose to not attend a performance or event due to bad weather. If in doubt, call the Box Office to confirm a performance.

  • ADA FeaturesSeating: ADA seating is marked on the seating chart where you select your seats for purchase. Please only purchase designated handicapped seats if your need special seating accommodation. The accessible entrance is in the rear of the building adjacent to the designated handicapped parking. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Box Office well in advance of your arrival at the venue. Hearing Assist: FHPAC is equipped with and ADA compliant audio assist system. Devices may be obtained at the Box Office. We ask that you leave a driver’s license or other form of official I.D. with the Box Office until you return the device. 

  • Secondary Ticket MarketPlease be aware that ticket resellers can legally operate in the state of New York if they are licensed. Tickets purchased on the secondary market may be subject to a significant price increase, additional fees, and delayed ticket delivery. FHPAC has no control over these vendors and can provide no recourse to patrons once tickets are purchased through the secondary market. To ensure that you are getting the best ticket and fee price it is best to purchase only through the FHPAC website (fhpac.org) or Box Office.
